Is this enough Power?

I am in the process of building a new box including the following items:

AMD Athlon 64 3200+ (Winchester)
Asus A8N-SLI Deluxe
PDP 1GB PC3200 w/ XBL
BFG 6800GT PCIe Video Card
74GB Raptor
NEC 16X 3500A DVD Burner
Zalman CNPS7000B-Cu

I would like to overclock this setup, hopefully to 2.5GHZ, and possibly add another 6800GT in a month or so. I found this PSU: Enermax Noistaker EG495AX-VE SFMA 2.0

The PSU looks to be a pretty good deal, with excellent rails (Dual 12V Rails, 18 on one and 15 on the other), Active PFC, and adjustable fan speed. I want to make sure to have enough juice for my new system, but really don't want to have to spend the extra on the PC Power and Cooling 510 SLI. Will this PSU be good enough, or should I sink the extra cash into the PC Power and Cooling PSU?

18a is the rated min. 12v rail for the A8N-SLI

If you are planning on running SLI you should spend the extra cash.

If you want to save some cash. Use a quality 20pin PS, they work perfectly on this board, you just leave the four pins nearest the graphics card open. They are redundant(extra) leads for the 3v,5v,12v rails and an extra ground.

I am running this board with a 20pin Antec true control 550 w/30a 12v rail, it has been rock solid so far. I have 2 optical drives, 1 250gb ATA drive, 2 SATA raptors (w/2 fans on each) RAID0, and 1 XFX 6600GT

My winchester 3200+ is clocked @ htt 267.4 x 9.5 = 2541.8mhz 4x multi @ 1067 fsb
