Is this enough power?

I'm building a new system and wondering about power....here are the specs.

Asus SK8V MB
Opteron 146
2 512 stick Crucial RAM
2 36GB WD Raptor HD's
120 GB IBM IDE HD
Radeon 9800 Pro
Samsung 52x CDROM
Samsung CDRW/CDR/DVD Combo Drive
Floppy
Maybe an Audigy card...not sure on that one yet.
2 120mm Papst Case fans

I'm leaning towards the Seasonic Super SIlencer 400W PS. Just wondering if that will be enough.

yeah, it should be enough. I'm not familiar with Seasonic, but a reputable 400W should be more than adequate for that system.
