Is this enough power for this system?

Looking to run the following components:

Run of the mill nf4 ultra SLI mobo
a64 X2 4400+ or 4600+
2X 1GB PC3200
Seagate 320GB IDE or SATA HD
1 DVD writer
evga 7800gt

All stock, no overclocking, but heavy loads at times (virtual machines).

Is the 430W PSU sufficient for all that? Thanks

True but only reason I was referring to that one was because of the P150 it comes with. Thanks for responding still.
