You might as well be asking if a particular puddle of water is wet. The particulars of that puddle don't matter, and just add needless detail. It's wet.

All attorneys are crooks!!

Many yelp reviews are fake. i noticed last week that the crappy indian mechanic i used to take me car to had his own son write a positive review of his business

Looks fake. Look how most of the reviews are 5 star and start with the word Majeed.
As if he was trying to get his name out there even more.

You need to get a personal recommendation. However you can. Find a friend of a local judge or prosecutor and have them ask who the best DUI lawyers are.

This. It takes an asshole to argue someone elses point for them. Especially if they doubt that the person they are arguing for is right.

OP: Also, trying to fight a charge that you are guilty of... is a foolish idea. If this is sub product from one of your earlier threads.

I'm guilty and I'm not planning to get off free. But I also don't want to get the maximum penalty either.

Yelp filters reviews from users who haven't been active for a while. Looking at the filtered reviews, a lot of them are from people who only ever wrote a small number of reviews. This could mean they're fake accounts, or it could mean this lawyer encourages his customers to write reviews (possibly encourages with a discount), so he gets a lot of reviews from people who aren't regular Yelp users.

That really annoyed me about YELP. I put a couple of hours into writing reviews over the course of a weekend, since virtually no business in my county had any reviews. Every one of them was filtered.

Do the crime, pay the time/fine/fun times in prison. Shouldn't have driven drunk.

So is your GF going to leave you now (after she spends what money you have left)?

I only know one lawyer who isn't a crook. And that's because he's a public defender who doesn't care about money. This isn't him, so, I'm gonna say crook.

Getting a lawyer and fighting this will not reduce the penalty usually. So unless your are trying to prove they are wrong (which you already admitted they weren't) then using a lawyer will get you no where helpful
