I have a WD Black 4 TB that refuses to free up space after deleting files from it. Stays stuck at a certain amount of free space constantly.

Never mind I am so stupid drive has recycle bin and I deleted the icon off my desktop. When I redid drive it recreated the recycle bin for some reason.

WDC data lifeguard is their tool, and works very well. It will tell you if there's problems with the drive.
