Is this digital multi-meter good enough for testing computer power supplies?

if that's all you're going to do with it, just buy a cheapo one at radio shack. If you want something good, you can't go wrong with Fluke, I'm not too sure about Snap-On as far as DMMs are concerned, they're probably OK
