Is this conductive heatsink glue?

Is this it at the top of the page? Maplin CPU gunk page

it seems to be in the right section along with the artic silver, however it talks about being electrically conductive and according to the packet its got silver in it, also says high-strength conductive bonding but says nothing abount being thermally conductive - im inclined to think its the wrong stuff.

Can someone confirm please?

That looks like the computer equivalent of muffler cement.

it looks like good gear if you want to trace some broken pcb tracks or repair your cars heated rear screen, but since the temp range is -91°C (-131°F) to 100°C (212°F) then it doesnt seem like it would make a good thermal epoxy being attatched to an IC.

Any thoughts anyone?
