Is this computer good for gaming?

It's OK, but not great. Your main concern is the graphics card, which is a $100 budget card. It will run most current games at moderate settings. I don't know what your budget is, but if you can afford it, adding about $100 more on the graphics card will about double the game performance.

You might try looking at PCs using these search criteria. I haven't looked carefully at these so I'm not recommending any particular computer, I'm just showing you a list of inexpensive computers with decent cards.

The link worked for me. The machine he linked to was ~$500 when I looked at it first, now it's $600.

I thought about recommending on of the boutiques like CyberPower or XoticPC, but decided it was a bad idea because they present you with a long list of options for any PC you buy. That's overwhelming if you don't understand the choices.
