This is what im looking at:

Is that good enough to run BF2 at medium settings?

Thats probably the only game I will be playing.

Is this a good deal?

You might want a monitor too, but that could just be me 😛

Yeah, other than being a crappy prebuild compaq it should be fine with another $200 invested for the vid card. The onboard sound could leave a lot to be desired too. It's been a long time since I heard onboard sound though, so I suppose it could have improved a lot...

All I saw for specs was 3 PCI slots and 1 available PCIe slot. Better check what PCIe slot that is. May not be able to even put a better gfx card in there.

other than you needing to buy a graphics card, it doesn't look bad. i pesonally don't like the 3500+ (why not get the 3200 or 3700?) but that's just me

Well can someone else recommend me a better retail?

I can only spend 800 for a system, this including moniter.

I require:

1 gig of ram of higher
200 gig hard drive or higher
AMD
Comes with OS

I dont care what retail I get, as long as it gets. I guess I could put it in a new videocard..is it easy? I dont want to break anything. IF I were to do that, it would have to fit in my budget. Moniter is going to be 272 bucks. (ITs Hyundai flat panel)
