Is this command for port forwarding correct?

u,1234,XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX/1237 (X's are the ip of client machine running RA2)
t,4810,192.168.168.102/
t,4808,192.168.168.102/
t,7000,192.168.168.102/
t,3840,192.168.168.102/
t,4005,192.168.168.102/

I am trying to play RA2 multiplayer.

Westwood states: "More than likely this is happening because you have a Firewall or Proxy Server behind your Internet Connection. Please check with your Internet Service Provider to see if this is the case.
If it is, you will need to enable some ports to UDP traffic in order to communicate with Westwood Online. Ports 1234, 1235, 1236, and 1237 should allow UDP traffic.

Also, ports 7000, 3840, 4005, 4808, and 4810 will need to be opened for all TCP traffic.
