Is this chip easier to unlock?

I just received an XP 2100+ Thoroughbred "B" chip from Newegg.com yesterday. I looked at the L1 bridges and there doesn't appear to be any scoring or groove between the bridges, is this normal? Would this chip be easier to unlock?
 
L1 bridges are already connected on the 2100 tbred B. Its already unlocked depending on the MB. I had to use the wire trick to unlock the lower multipliers on my MB however.
