well, this person i know is one of the manager there in another department... and she got the booklet (14 pages) from the HR department to be used for when she's interviewing for people for her own department.

<no pics for her... sorry>

I believe the questions from the booklet is pretty much BS. So therefore, I think what I'm doing is probably cheatng but not underhanded.
it may be serious cheating in some people's opinion... but i'll sleep well at night knowing that majority of people would do the same thing giving the chance.

questions not listed are the job specific ones which I have no way of knowing until the hiring manager asks me about it. But I've already prepared for that from my current job of five years.

check out the answer to this question: what do you see yourself doing in five years..., ten years?
"uh... i think in five years, i will be the MIS director for this company as we expand in size and when we become a multi-billion company in ten years I will be the CIO of the company discussing the future with Mr.<owner's name>"

not bad eh?

don't make it look like you know the questions, kind of ponder it a little. If you fire off answers right after they ask, they will most likely suspect something :)

I don't see any real problem with it - the whole hiring process is one big game with no real rules. :)

Today's corporate world is all about cheating and backstabbing and betraying those who depend on you.

So is it cheating, of course it is, but it is standard operating procedure these days.

Lol, my friend gave me the answers to tommorow's math midterm. Its not cheating because I studied the work and can solve them anyway, you know just being better prepared. LOL .

Of course its cheating, did you ever hear the old saying? Cheaters always win. Remember that and never post a dumb thread like this.

Cheat!Cheat!Cheat!Cheat! Bah, why even both asking, if you have the upper hand, why not take it and be happy. And who knows, maybe the others also received a copy.

I would not use them. I would , have and will always present myself.
I would just relax and be yourself.
