Hi,

Im a beginnner in all this pc stuff(though i study programming in the uni--yuks!). I wan to build a new pc and have chosen AMD processor(i use it to play games mainly and prog of cse). I was just thinking what is the best motherboard to go wif it.

I have gotten a brochure and here it goes...if you are frm US just * 1.73 to the price.🙂

I also like to Overclock my system, what other assessories apart from heatsink(what is that aniway?), fan(how many?) do i need?

It doesnt seem to be much cheaper than i tot man....will buying over the internet be cheaper?

These prices seem higher than the US even before multiplying by 1.73

those prices are high even when you convert to US dollars. Order from www.newegg.com! Easily my favorite site to order from and their prices are always pretty low.

If you want to overclock do not buy the ECS K7S5A board! Get an Iwill XP333 or an Epox 8kha+ for that. Get a Alpha pal heatsink for overclocking.

its divide by 1.73.
which makes the prices more in line with the US but not quite as low. guessing the sing gov't has a tarriff on electronics not made there.
you could try to smuggle from malaysia, i guess, but prices aren't really cheaper there either.
