Is this cheap CPU Fan/Heatsink good enough for an AMD X2 4200+?

Like many of you, I recently purchased an OEM AMD X2 4200+ from NewEgg and am now looking for an inexpensive CPU fan/heatsink for it. I do not overclock.

This fan/heatsink listed at NewEgg says it can handle up to a 3700+ but it looks a lot like the stock fan/heatsink that came with my other (retail) version of the X2 4200+.

I am wondering if this will work fine with my OEM AMD X2 4200+. What do you think? Thanks for any comments.

That one might work, but do yourself a favor, and get this one. The copper insert is definitely worth the extra dollar, especially since it comes with a more capable fan.;)

Hmmm, I think the copper insert is worth spending a little more. I think I will go with it. Thanks. :)
