Is this boot time an issue?

When I boot Windows 7 Pro, the welcome screen takes a long time to disappear and the desktop appear. I checked the performance event viewer logs, and get the following entry.

Windows has started up:
Boot Duration : 57797ms
IsDegradation : false
Incident Time (UTC) : ‎2009‎-‎11‎-‎15T23:18:43.671875000Z

Is this anything I should be worried about? Here is a screenshot of my running processes right after starting.

There are stories on the net that Windows 7 Pro when used on a computer with nVidia chipset seems to boot slower than Win 7 Ultimate.

I use Win 7 Pro on an Intel base computer, it seems to be the same boot time.

I never tried it on nVidia chipset.
