Is this board good for overcloching?

I plan on upgrading soon to a P4 3.2 512mb 800 FSB and a Gigabyte GA-8lK 1100 i875.

Is this board good for overcloching?

Could you post links to the "mixed review" as I have found this review that gives the board a score of 9.6 out of 10.

Well...actually I have just bought this board...but I'm still waiting for the rest of the components.....If you head over to ardocp forums...in the motherboard section...u'll find a couple of guys who have this board...and have pretty impressive overclocks...guess one has a P4C3.0GHZ all the way up to 3.6~3.8GHZ on air i think....

Sadly...and strangely...there are no reviews at all on the net on this board.......but I guess its a SOLID good board...
