My friend has bought this board thinking that she can add both DDR2 and DDR3 Rams to this board. Is this true or what? I am tired of convincing her 🙁

Also I'd like to know your take on this board (DDR2, DDR 3 and OC performance).

At the same time? I think not. It does have 4x DDR2 slots and 2x DDR3, but you'd use either one or the other. My take - flaky BIOS when it was first released, which seems pretty typical for Foxconn...

Naturally, I wouldn't buy it since it's a regular ATX, but it seems pretty OK right now, considering the price.

I saw a whole bunch of review links for it last week at PCPer, so I guess they were seeding them.

Hmm, yeah, that's kind of unusual. Nothing wrong with copious amounts of RAM, but why not just fill up the DDR2 slots instead? Or does she just want some free RAM 😀?
