Hi,

I have a Sony VAIO, VPCCW16FG
it is a 14.1" C2D P8700 @ 2.53Ghz 4GB ram 320Gb harddrive, Nvidia GT230M

I have set the power plan as High performance.
It say 1:50h at 100% (~99%)

i remember when the first day i got this is around 2:00h

But now with around 1:50h of battery time is quite not enough for me.
I don't charge the battery overnight, i unplug the battery once it hit 100%

What is the way to make the battery life go longer?
i believe buying a bigger capacity should help but is it my habit to kill the battery?

80% of the time, i use outlook (office 2007) with LAN

dude use an aggressive power save plan and turn up the brightness on battery.

it will scale the cpu speed up when office needs it.

Also, remove the battery completely when at home with the A/C adapter.
