I'm finding myself taking melatonin for sleeping problems and I have found myself taking it 2-3 even sometimes 4 times a week.
Is this bad? (I only take one a night when I do take it)
 
I don't know if it's bad, but I don't see any reason it should be addictive... i think it's a hormone.
 
Apparently melitonin is the natural thing in you body that "makes you fall asleep" and the pill just helps you along. It's just been a tad stressful, maby thats been it. (plus all that latenight coffee 😛).

Shouldn't be as stressful anymore, so hopefully I GET SLEEP.
 
I dont think its "bad" to take it often (I sure do)....you just will have problems sleeping when you dont take it, so if you go on vacation and forget it...you are SOL
