Im ready to order my new Motherboard, but it says it has ATA-100 dev. didnt know if this would be bad or incompatible with my aTA-133 drives?

You should encounter no issues. your drives will run @ 100 instead of 133

Western Digital ata133?

ata133 was a Maxtor spec as I remember. Western Digital was always ata100.
