Is this bad wiring?

Hard to tell from that pic.

My best guess would be that it may be messy, but unless the insulation on wires is frayed, or wire are touching moving parts (e.g. fans), then it's probably not dangerous.

I've seen much worse. It could be better, but it's not too bad. I got a enermax liberty PSU, so my airflow is teh RoXxOr!1! (I shall post pics once new mobo arrives)
