Is this Asrock Mobo any good?

Alright, i've read some good things about this board, but I'm skeptical because its made by Asrock. Is Asrock a reputable brand, or should i get something else?

One of the best Socket 939 boards I owned was an Asrock. Very stable platform on which to build.

I've built several rigs for people using Asrock boards including my own personal rig i'm using now and never had an issue with them. I think they're very good boards regardless off the inexpensive price.

Im running this board and its great...running it with a 5000be and its ready with bios for ph2 ...im waiting for the 95wt am3 cpu's that will work in am2+ boards...
it o/clocks like mad too...highly recomend the board...IMO just as good asus plus its a division of asus..
if you look around at different forums you will see very good reviews on most all asrock boards...you really cant go wrong with this 780gxe board.....
