Is this Artec scanner decent??

Hey guys I know it is you get what you pay for but please lmk what you think about this scanner. I will be using it for scanning black and white text and color text. I will be using it very little for pictures. Not really sure about resolutions so please lmk if it has an ok one. Also it will run in XP. Thanks and take care

You gave us a link to the picture... how about letting us know what model that picture is from?

More importantly though, what do you need out of a scanner/what are your requirements?
What kinda documents are you going to be scanning?
What kinda resolution will you need?
