At that price range, your best bet is a Madcatz TE stick. Those are pretty much the best. I have a few and a HORI HRAP VLX (the highest end Hori) and I prefer the TE.

I believe that model linked is good, but I don't know to much about it.

Honestly, After 12 years and numerous systems, I still prefer the trusty x-arcade stick- The thing is just a beast

Qanba is also a decent company, but I have only used their sticks in "passing". Never owned one. They are advertised in a lot of FCG, so they can't possibly be rubbish. Also, if you want something a bit different, check out www.hitboxarcade.com.

I have one and hate it...the buttons aren't as responsive as Sanwa parts and the stick';s microswitches feel mushy with too much throw. That's just my opinion on it. After going Sanwa I can't go back...except maybe Seimitsu.

I've used a QANBA Q4 pretty extensively before. It's every bit as good as the Madcatz TE. Genuine Sanwa everything. It's also compatible with PC, 360, and PS3 out of the box, has a headphone jack etc. http://www.eightarc.com/

The HRAPs are good sticks. I preferred it to the TE when I had one a few years ago. Sold them to build a couple customs. I regret it now.. the customs were expensive and just sit in a closet now as I lost interest. They're also 6-button.

Daddy likes. Sold. Makes my decision easier considering Madcatz is no longer available.

EDIT: What's the difference between Fusion and Qanba?

Eightarc fusion doesn't have carrying handle and is $50 more, and has the start/select/home buttons all on the top panel. Qanba has the handle and the start button on the face. There is no lock out for it so you may accidently pause the game during furious play if you start mashing.
