Is this an acceptable setup?

I am just finalising my choice of new computer and have come to the conclusion that this setup will be reasonable for my needs!

CPU: AMD Athlon 64 3500+

Motherboard: Abit AV8 3rd eye

PSU: Thermaltake 480w Butterfly

RAM: 2x 512mb Crucial Ballistix DDR PC-3200

Graphics: Sapphire ATI X800 XT PE

I am looking for feedback to make sure that these parts are compatible.

Any help, would be much appreciated.

that'll work AFAIK, but I wouldn't recomend a thermaltake PSU. antec True 480 or similar quality would probably serve you a bit better.

I was only really worried because of the PSU. I had originally intended on getting the Antec True blue 480w. The thing that put me completely off was I read this review which said the Antec wasn't stable.

Tweaktown article

Subhuman25,

Have you had any problems with the your PSU and Mobo? I originally was thinking about that combo, put as I said the tweaktown article put me off.
