i have a tbird 1ghz that i bought in march. the stepping is AQGA. i have crucial cas2 pc133 ram.

at 1.2 ghz, windows wouldn't load. i got some error.
now i'm at 8x143 = 1.15 ghz. at 145 fsb, it wouldn't post.
i tried upping the voltage to 1.85, but it still wouldn't load windows.
i was hoping to hit 1.2 ghz. any suggestions? or have i reached the end of the road

You can turn down the memory timing to CAS3 to see if you can get more stability out of Windows.

What version of Windows are you running? What mobo? Is there cooling on the Northbridge? That supposedly makes a difference when it comes to OCing stability.
