Ok, so my main concern is do I need to buy any extra cables, screws, etc... or are the OEM products gonna come w/ them??? Another question is, if I buy the Artic Thermal Paste stuff, will it have much of an effect even if I use it on the stock HS that the 3200 comes w/??

1)I think your missing a graphics card in that system.
3)Retail products will come with all the cables you need but oem is just the item itself. You may need some screws I'm not sure
3) If you're not OCing the stock paste should be fine.

1. I'm gonna picked up a BFG 6800OC graphics card from the BB deal so I already have that.
2. So if I get a floppy drive, I'll need a cable for that? And for the HD, I'll also need a cable??
3. I'm going to be OCing the 3200+, I just wanted to see how far the retail HS would get me and then decide if I want a Zalman 7000 or a XP-90. Is that smart or should I just go ahead and buy it?

1) Ok so you're set there
2) Since the mobo is retail it will come with all the hard drive and floppy cables
3) The stock heatsink is very good I would try it and see if you need a new one.

Ok, thanls for the advice CM. On the note about the heatsink, would you advice I still use the Artic grease, since it will lower temperatures anyway or should I use the AMD stuff?

Your link is messed up on the mobo...it goes to the memory sticks...HOw much for that???

Obviously you are getting the SATA II with NCQ for future, right?? NO support on this board that I know of. In that case I say get the future out of your power supply...get a OCZ modstream or powerstream as they have the connections I believe for the future SLI setups...

The mem sticks are only $220, cheap but tight timings. I believe the only difference between SATA II and SATAI for that HD is only like $10(?), but I'd like to know what you'd recomend. The neo PSU has 2 12v rails if that is what you are referring, otherwise, what do you mean by "Connections for future SLI setups"? Thanks for the input.

So if I just buy all this stuff and get an OS cd, I'd be good to go? Just install and boot, nothing extra is needed?

I believe some need a special 24 pin plug or something...heard about it in another thread. I personally think for a future SLI setup I would look 500+ watts...

480 will definitely work with what you have fine....I just saw some things that showed me you were looking beyond this setup possibly with some of the components and just thought think about BTX, SLI for the future...

Overall very nice
