Is this adequate cooling for o/c tbird...?

I have an Alpha PAL 6030 (NOT the 6035) with a 33cfm fan and ASII thermal paste. Should this be adequate for a Tbird 1 Ghz @ 1.3 Ghz? It's an AXIA chip if that makes any difference and lets assume a Vcore voltage of 1.85V. I know an SK6 is better but is it enough better to make it worth purchasing one when I already have the 6030?
