"troubleshot"

i'm looking for the past tense of troubleshooting something. Word seems to think troubleshot and not troubleshooted is the proper way.

I'm unsure of either

"diagnosed" works just as well..

Troubleshooting seems to be a word, that doesn't work well in sentences

Troubleshot seems right to me, but I dunno. Check webster's dictionary's website or something. It might have tenses on there, I can't remember.

you think that really conveys the same meaning?

Here's the context:

"Customized, administered, and troubleshot workflow tracking tools and database management applications and instructed customized training classes on a departmental basis."

Would'nt this assume you found the problem. Just troubleshooting does not mean you found a diagnosis. It just means you looked for the problem.

Might be wrong though!

i think diagnosed means you've analyzed something and have come to a conclusion
the conclusion could be that there is no problem
