Is this a wise Ram choice

I am considering purchasing Corsair Value Ram PC 3200 2x512

my concern is that with in the next 3 months I will go from AMD XP 2500+ Barton to AMD 64 w/ new motherboard.

I am considering either the Chaintech N2 250 or possibly MSI Neo Platium MB (I know there is a wide range of difference there) I will not over clock the system, I want stablity over the last few speed gains.

Will this ram work in both? I know the MSI Neo Plat is very sensitive to RAM and want to make sure if I spring for the added MB features the ram will work.

the issue at hand isn't compatibility... well maybe partilaly but in general, the a64's are very fickle when it comes to double sided memory...
