I dl'ed and installed the tony hawk 4 demo the other day. I tried to play it but after the opening credits ran it loaded the game and said it was checking the harddrive then booted me to desktop. Then I tried to run it a few times again and it ran the opening videos/credits and then just went to the desktop. I play UT all the time with no probs. So is this a vid issue? thanks

Its a demo sounds like the game needs work not your computer. If it was a vid problem then I would think all your games would have the same problem. Lets not forget games that are new most of the time get patches to fix compatibility issues with systems drivers etc etc. I wouldnt worry about it unless you see the same thing happen with all your games.
