Is this a viable source for XP?

It's an XP volume license for $60. In other words, it fell off the back of a truck... at best.
 
One would think that the juggernaut itself would shut this down if it were at all suspect. Common sense flags went off like trumpets, but I had to ask. It seems after June '09 we won't be able to buy Windows XP any longer and I'm not exactly in love with Fista, thus my allowing for a brief temptation.
