Is this a viable source for XP?

I came across this site offering volume discount Windows XP. I'm needing another copy and the price seems suspiciously low. What's the deal here, is it safe to plop it onto a laptop for life (OEM fashion)? Advice/suggestions welcome.

Your link doesn't work, but basically, if it sounds too good to be true... yeah. WinXP from ironclad-legit sources isn't that expensive, why not be sure.

It's an XP volume license for $60. In other words, it fell off the back of a truck... at best.

One would think that the juggernaut itself would shut this down if it were at all suspect. Common sense flags went off like trumpets, but I had to ask. It seems after June '09 we won't be able to buy Windows XP any longer and I'm not exactly in love with Fista, thus my allowing for a brief temptation.
