<< The Japanese Canopus Company reported that they would start shipping their SPECTRA X20 graphics card based on GeForce3 chip. This card will feature 263MHz core and 64MB 460MHz(230MHz DDR) memory. It will be provided with Firebird G2 cooling system and will support Canopus?s standard set of technologies including: Advanced POWER Supply (version 3.0), SSH (Signal Super Highway) and DFS (Dual Filter System). Besides a standard card version there will be a modification with a TV-Out.
The approximate retail price on the new product will be told a bit later, however, it is not that important actually, since the company sells its products officially only in one single country: in Japan.

Coming from Canopus I could believe it might be real and not a typo. Gainward guarantees their card to overclock a bit too.

Hard to find Canopus cards outside of Japan anyway.
