Is this a scam?

I saw this car advertised on backpage.com. $8K for a 2004 BMW convertable. I had to reply with my "dummy" yahoo email.

Hi,

The car is in perfect condition, with no rust, no damages and no accident, clear title. Payment will be done in a professional way through WorldPay.
I'm located in London,UK(I've just moved here after my husband died) but the car is closed in my garage in US and there is nobody to show or to give you the car. I need a new car(a new RHD). I have to sell it in US because I can't register the car here because the car is LHD and I have to make a lot a changes to be able to register and drive it here wich will cost me alot of time and money and I decide to sell it back in the US. I will come to US with the first fly after WorldPay confirms me that you are the buyer!
I will manage the shipping of the car at no cost for you.As a shipping company I will use DHL, which I think it's a mutually satisfactory service and all the shipping/handling and insurance charges are included in the sale price. You will pay only the price of the car: $7,900 USD through WorldPay. And to eliminate any concernes I require a $2,900 USD downpayment.


How it works:
You'll have to send the money to WorldPay and they will instruct me to start shipping once the payment is done. After you'll receive the car you'll have 5 days to inspect it, to see if everything is OK. If you decided to keep it, you'll confirm to WorldPay the sale and they will send the payment to me.
If you are not satisfied with what you'll get(but I doubt this will happen), you can ship it back within 5 days for a full refund, no questions asked! .

If you are interested to go ahead with the deal, please reply with your full name and shipping address so I can ask WorldPay to open a case! After, they will contact you explaining all the details regarding the payment.
You will get the package with proper custom papers, clear title, bill of sale signed by me to your closest DHL terminal.
