Is this a scam? quest2shop.com

My sister came across this site (www.quest2shop.com) somehow and asked for my input on it. Its looks like a service that hooks you up with businesses to do one of those secret shopper things or something. Anyway, there was like a $30 fee to sign up, so I told her it was probably best to stay away. Well now she forwarded me an email she got from them saying something to the effect of "we know you're a student, and you probably balked at signing up because of the price, so we'll cut you a deal" and then a link to this address:

I found hardly anything on Google, so I thought I'd check with the next best thing...ATOT. What do you think?

My vote would be scam. Call Clark Howard and ask him 404-892-8227.

Do a search for "Get Paid for Mystery Shopping" and see how many hits you get. All they do is give you a list of companies that work with mystery shoppers. I imagine they have plenty of people as it is and they give no guarentee that you will get hired for your $10-$40. Pretty much selling info that can be found for free I think.

Thanks guys.....it seems kind of shady, but its only $10! Heh, I'll pass along the info to her, maybe point her in the direction of finding the info for free or something.
