IS this a Ram/Mobo compatibility issue? HELP!

[Villareal]

I just purchased a Intel I850EMV2 with 2 sticks Kingston PC1066 RDRAM.
NewHard drive.
Trying to install WIN XP. Every single time I've tried, i have gotten a
PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA error.
The ram is brand new, sealed.
Anyone ever experienced this with this combo or even a different one?
Needless to say there are no adjustments in the Bios on The Intel board
