Is this a power supply unit issue?

My Athlon 1.33Ghz does 1.47Ghz with 1.80V, but it doesn't do anything over it with higher voltage. Will changing PSU make any differences?

if u have a 300w+, i dont think it will help any

Doubt it, sound like your chip or some else is maxed out.

agree ..soundds like the chip is at max..unless you could get more cooling..walter /peltier..or push voltage maybe to 2.0v
