Ever since I was young I was pretty active. I used to do speed skating, swimming, all kinds of sports, etc.

When I got to middle school, I picked up skateboarding and was constantly active on a daily basis. I used to sweat a LOT.

In high school, I still skated, but towards my junior and senior year I stopped. I was addicted to the computer.... and became very unactive and lazy.

My freshman year in college, I played basketball every single night... and sweat constantly and kept active.

But Now.... I don't remember the last time I sweat or did anything physically demanding. HAHA
I work out at the gym from time to time but i don't sweat because I take it easy.
Is this a bad thing?

it's true computers will be the advance and end to us.

I miss the days when I didn't have a computer and actually did activities.

I'm talking about the sweating part..... I just don't remember the last time I sweat. Does not sweating adversely affect you in any sort of way?

No.

Sweating is of course good for you, but the keyword in your question is adverse.

Not sweating is only a bad thing when it's a symptom of heat prostration (heat stroke). If it's really hot or you are working out hard and stop sweating, that's a problem.

mmmmm...frito chili pie!

I would say that if you have to ask if you are a fat lazy tub of goo, you probably are.

<<IS one too, but working on changing that. Much like you, too much time behind the desk at work and too much CPU time.

And yes, it is bad.
