Is this a new or old bug?

Is there a bug making this thread display three copies of every message, including the initial post? Or is this one of those "it's an old bug and it's archived and we don't want to deal with it" cases?

They're aware of the problem, and it falls into the archived bug that's not going to be dealt with category.

It's not a bug, it was a server issue and there is nothing we can do about it .
