Most if not all HTPC require a discrete card to get OTA DTV signals. This means that for a hardware decoder the HTPC must be a certain height to accommodate a TV tuner.
The Trim Slice H has a ARM based Tegra SOC and integrated NTSC input with video decoder, all in a package slimmer than 3":

I have a question, since I am unfamiliar with video interfaces. Searched Google for about an hour but really couldn't find an answer : does the NTSC coaxial port allow you to hook up to a DTV antenna and capture OTA TV? If so that would be VERY interesting, as I have so far found no slim line nettops that have this feature.
