Is this a nettop with integrated TV tuner?

Most if not all HTPC require a discrete card to get OTA DTV signals. This means that for a hardware decoder the HTPC must be a certain height to accommodate a TV tuner.

The Trim Slice H has a ARM based Tegra SOC and integrated NTSC input with video decoder, all in a package slimmer than 3":

I have a question, since I am unfamiliar with video interfaces. Searched Google for about an hour but really couldn't find an answer : does the NTSC coaxial port allow you to hook up to a DTV antenna and capture OTA TV? If so that would be VERY interesting, as I have so far found no slim line nettops that have this feature.

Right. Hmmm, well I did a little more digging, looks like I made a mistake. Haha, that's embarrassing! Taking a further look at the Trim Slice brochure, it seems like I mistook something called "WLAN" for a coaxial input. I would hazard to guess that jack supports some older legacy devices for audio and/or video. Notice that the NTCS decoder is in serial with the audio decoder and it is bi-directional with the Tegra chip so it will decode NTSC/PAL/SECAM signals coming in from other sources as well such as USB so it will support input from devices like USB DVD players, cell phones, video cameras, etc. NTSC is still prevalent in DVDs and other devices so it's not surprising a decoder chip would be required.

Also keep in mind that nearly all OTA broadcasts today in the US are ATSC so a system would need an ATSC tuner chip to process OTA signals. An NTCS decoder wouldn't serve that purpose.

Ok thanks. Hoped I had found just that - a nettop with a tuner chip for ATSC - guess I was wrong. Ah well, maybe somewhere down the road 😉

I should have said legacy connectors. I've seen older portable DVD players that use a 3.5mm jack. Then again, that jack could be solely for audio line in. That's pure speculation on my part without more information though and that basic layout doesn't provide enough information.
