This ad seems to always pop up in different places. It always bothers me because I can't figure out if the person is a male or female.
Its on this page currently, though not sure if the ad is static - it stayed there on a few visits to the page though. Its the University of Phoenix one with an androgynous cop on it.

wtf i must have refreshed that page 30 times. and every time i get either classmates.com or some SAP advertisement
