No, not really.

If the price for 250gigs was $80 without rebate it would be mildy warm, but with a $40 rebate in there... Not hot at all when you can get the 320gig from newegg for $89.99 without any rebates.

Yeah... and the Seagate has a 5 year warranty. Not sure about the WD.
