Is this a good Windows Score?

Oh really? That is weird. Why in the world would the best score be a 5.9? That is so weird. Typical MS.

The score is not intended to be a real benchmark. It is a rating to help you choose software for your computer. A score of 5 and above means you should be able to run almost any software currently on the market. As both software and hardware changes, Microsoft will update the scores with higher numbers to reflect the change.

This is why they call it the "Experience Index".
