is this a good video card driver uninstaller?

I found this surfing around as I am having trouble with my new WinXP install so before I format I thought I would try another set of drivers, anyway, do you guys use this utility?

The same thing basically is free if you just google:

Just make sure to uninstall normally first, then reboot into safe mode, run driver cleaner pro, reboot into regular windows, install drivers, reboot, profit.
