is this a good temp?

It's absolutely a good temperature. you really don't have to worry about A64 temps until you get into high 50's or low 60's.

What cooling setup do you have ? It sounds pretty good for stock.
 
Yes! Those temps are low.

I have seen it posted on this forum. Try turning your blow-hole fan on the top of the case over, so it is an intake.
With more exhaust than intake flow the air will enter at every nook & crany leaving a trail of dust in its wake.
Every optical drive and port will collet dust. I think you would be better off with balanced air flow or a slight positive case
pressure. After two years my opticals were full of dust because of negative case pressure. My case is an old Lian-Li.
