Is This a good SSD ?

Frys has a one day sale on easter, where they had a Kingston SSD Now 100V (Model #SV100S2D/64GRZ)

for $125 with a $60 rebate.

I was wondering if anybody knew how good of a drive this is or if I should return it & get something else.

It's a fine SSD, but too much >$2 a GIG at that price. Memorial Day is a coming up. If you can wait, Fry's often will discount those Kingstons much closer to $1.5 per GIG.
 
I understand that if there was no rebate, $2 a gig is high, but since it does have a rebate, the price will be around $1 per Gig.

Nice, wasn't clear if that was $125 before or after rebate. You're one of the lucky ones to get it at that killer price. My buddy tried two hours after the store opened. There were 2 guys in line in front of him at the HDD counter asking for it. There was only one left. All sold out within a couple of hours. Now he's waiting for Memorial Day.
