i have a slot 1 p3 600e overclocked to 800 using stock cooling. the problem is that the fans are so noisy and it's driving me nuts. would this be a good solution? solution
 
Looks like a winner if you don't mind forking over 30$+ for it since 22bd is plenty quite. You might want to consider a big exhaust fan and a duct for it instead. I think the duct kits are around now for fairly cheap so hopefully someone will link a few. Of course you could make your own duct for almost nothing as well *shrugs shoulders*
