Is This a Good PSU?

Me and a friend are about to order a few things from Newegg. I was interested in getting a new PSU, beacuse my 5v rail is a bit weak (4.75 - 4.8) with my current 300W Sparkle. I am on the verge of replacing 1 case fan with a slightly more powerful one and adding a second one. I am also adding a DVD-ROM with this very order. In the future I plan on ordering another harddrive and a better video card. I don't want to suffer instabilities because of an inadequate power supply. I was looking at this 350W PSU from Heroichi. The model is the HEC-350LD-R UL. I don't know how many Amps is really necessary or good. So here is a list of the output characteristics from their webpage (www.compucasecorp.com):

3.3V - 20A
5V - 33A
12V - 12A
5VSB - 2A

I know the negative voltages aren't too important, but just in case, the negative 5 and 12V rails output 1A. The efficiency is rated at >72% at full load which seems to be pretty good from what I have seen on others. Also, the inrush current is rated as 45A(RMS) MAX @ 115VAC. It also has overvoltage protection. If anyone has this PSU, give me some feedback. If anyone knows how these output characteristics look, lemme know. Thanks all.

Wow...technical a mundo! Here's how to tell if it's a "good" one. Buy it, install it and if it works then it's a "good" one....:D

That's a nice plan, but the idea is to buy the correct PSU the first time. I believe it will work fine, in fact, my 300W will be just fine until I upgrade a few things. I just want to know how it compares to other 350W power supplies out there. Thanks for the input though.

If you really want to be sure to get a good one, I recommend you order from a well-know maker...such as Sparkle, Enermax, Power Man, etc.
